Driver Ed Online Classroom
Although this class is accepted in all Virginia Driving Schools, THE STUDENT MUST TAKE THE PROCTORED EXAM IN RICHMOND or NEW KENT. You have 3 months to complete the class, after which you will be charged a $55 reactivation fee.
The fee for the online class is $110.

Also, Bring 1) CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, 2) LEARNER’S PERMIT or any government ID card, 3) LOGIN INFORMATION, AND 4) PARENTAL PERMISSION SLIP (DTS-62 above).

VA DMV-Approved Behind-the Wheel Driver Education Course
These services are for people who do not have but want a driver’s license. This portion consists of 7 behind-the-wheel and 7 observation 50-minute periods.
For minors/juveniles under 18: $330 (behind the wheel)
For adults 18 and over: $380
